Long wait for Drive through. Someday up to 25 minutes, which is insane. Faster to go in and get food. I was late for work multiple times because of this. Sometimes service is terrible, rude and food not ready properly. 2x now I didn't get my change back. ... And one time when I asked for it, they asked: "how much did you give me?".. Interior is gorgeous. The staff were very polite and seemed to enjoy their job. Very efficient with making my 3 drinks. And my XL coffee was made beautifully, one of the best I've had all month.

The design inside is nice and the food was decent. The place is severely lacking oversight though. All I saw was teenage kids working, the floors were full of trash both behind and in the dining area. There were groups of teeny boppers sitting at tables with their feet ON ... the table and no staff telling them to get their act together. Leftover trash on tables from previous slob customers. The food itself is not actually not actually a two, but this specific Tims is so bad that they make the food a two. If I could make the service negative stars I would because this is the worst Tims in the entirety of North America. It’s only really old ... or really young people working here and they don’t communicate or have any idea what’s going on half of the time. Don’t bother mobile ordering if it’s just slightly busy, it will still take 15 minutes for one drink and will not be ready by the time you arrive.
