This restaurant is a hidden gem! Our server was so nice and attentive, our food arrived quickly and was delicious, and the atmosphere was very welcoming—would certainly recommend! My husband said the hot dog was one of the best he’s had.

Tourist trap .....The food was extremely salty. The waitress "Mary Jane", approached our table twice. Once to take our order, and once more to deliver our food. She didn't ask if we wanted refills. They definitely need larger cups for the water. The brisket, mac & cheese, and spiced ... taters were our favourites.. we didn't like the pulled pork and the ribs were inedible ... the ribs were so chewy and had a terrible vinegar taste??...there were too many toppings on the burger to get a decent bite. Most of the toppings ended up on the plate, which is too bad .We were here three years ago, and the service and food were FANTASTIC!!! Quality of food and service has definitely gone downhill. Update the atmosphere of the restaurant. It is outdated .We spent over $100 on three plates of food. $60 for my meal ,$25 for the other, plus tax and tip. We are not the only people within the last 30 days that have had an issue with the food/service... you should definitely offer refunds.. the smoke flavouring was so overpowering, you clearly use "affordable" wood. So many issues that need to be corrected and yet the management doesn't respond to negative comments online? Stop using green onions as garnish ,opposed to using lemon as a garnish for your waters ...You're the "super sausage" of Hamilton.. you use the same cheap smoke for all of your cuts.. either be the best, or get out.. We decided to have lunch after cherry picking at Sun Valley Farm eally worth it. We ordered classic cheese burger and sneaky cheese burger all 6oz, it's very delicious and more than filling. Each burger cost around $20 with a choice of side which we ordered Cesar salad, ... garden salad and fries. Also ordered 20 Oz steam whistle pilsner beer, it's really good. The staff very welcoming and friendly. I was passing by and I popped in to grab some takeout. They attended to me right away. It could be as they weren’t busy. It felt good. The wings are a nice size. Smokey tastes coming through, falling of the bone goodness. They spice rub ... on this is not one I am to fond of. It’s strong. Kind of overpowering spice blend. The Mac and cheese needed to be a little more tight. Perhaps some more cheese would have done the job. The taters had a nice spice on them and taste very good. Overall it’s a must visit. The ambiance inside and out is very relaxing . I love the outdoor seating. there is wheelchair access, sitting inside and out. The free parking lot is nice size. But can be full on busy days. Fabulous service from beginning to end, even during a lunch rush! Atmosphere was fun and fitting with a lot of Coca-Cola and Elvis memorabilia. We shared a vanilla milkshake and fried pickles which were good but a bit of a novelty item. We got the Memphis Tour to share and ... we LOVED the pulled pork and the sides (mac and cheese, beans and apple colesaw). The beef brisket and ribs were SO tender and juicy but we didn’t love the sauces - it could just be a personal preference though.
