If there was a NEGATIVE star this place would get it. Patrons are left waiting for 1 hr minimum for their food and just as long to get our orders. They should not be letting people in if they don't have enough staff to look after them.
Just wonderful to assist karaoke on Thursdays with a long repertoire of themes with a professional karaoke encharge staff as well as magnificent attention from bartenders, and waitresses with a great menu of delicious foods and alcoholic, and non alcoholic beverages; and the most impotant, the price is right!
Came in the other night for a nachos and a quick drink, and they were pretty good! That secret sauce didnt look very appealing, but its soooo good!! The menu is revamped and so cheap, Im definitely a fan. Our server was good, and the karaoke contestants were cool to ... listen to. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Currently sitting at Honest Lawyer writing this review. The service at this establishment is horrendous. Our waitress is unpleasant and only comes over when we call her. Ordered nachos and she brought the wrong ones, she didn’t even offer to correct the ... order I had to tell her to take them back and reorder then she brings us the wrong nachos again!! There were barely any cheese on them, we ordered beef and chicken, only beef and very little of it came and NO other toppings. I stopped coming here years ago because of the service, clearly NOTHING has changed, we came here because we have a $100 gift card and I won’t even be back to spend the remaining amount. The only one positive thing about our visit is the manager, he was kind and understanding and removed the nachos from the bill without us even asking. We will NOT be returning again. Read more
