Good place for a family with kids as well. The servers and manager are friendly. It took a bit while for dishes, but it was worthwhile since it tasted all good as expected. :)
Ordered the Rib and Kapow Shrimp Combo. Outstanding meal, fall off the bone meat, opted for the Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Cole Slaw, as sides. Came here for dinner and ordered chicken tacos with fries and a steak with fries. The chicken tacos were ok but I've had them here before and was much better before. The chicken was over spiced and tasted burnt. The steak was supposed to be well done and was definitely ... not well done as it was pink and bloody in middle. My fiance doesn't like to complain so he just ate it. My fiance did say he really liked the BBQ sauce and gravy. The fries were not fresh and did not have much flavour to them and normally they are really good so not sure what happened tonight. It also took about 10-15 mins before someone served us 2 drinks. This I point out because it was not busy and there were several servers standing around and one who I assume is the manager, he was talking to a young employee at a booth instead of taking care of customers first. Another thing I was confused about is the free appetizer.. it says on menus to sign up and get a free appetizer. I signed up and waited for an email, the server told me it would be a couple mins before it came through. I waited... then I message customer service online who informs me it usually takes 24 to 48 hours for the email to come through to receive a free appetizer. The server should have notified me of this or offered it anyways. He seemed confused and offered no resolution. Lastly the service was ok but for a place that was not busy the service could have been much much better. The server was nice, seemed pleasant and was prompt but also seemed uninformed. Read more

Great place to hang with friends. Excellent customer service. There's a generally nice vibe to the place too. Food is quite good. Only drawback for me was the cocktail. To much sugar. Tasted more like a sugar infused soda then a cocktail.
