Endzone Bar & Grill - Hamilton, Ontario

I have 2 very picky eaters, so I thought you can’t go wrong they have chicken wings, burgers and chicken fingers we are good to go. The wings came quick and they were good, we ordered, chicken fingers with fries and 2 burgers with fries. The chicken fingers came first, ... then one burger came, I was told mine would be a couple minutes longer. Which I thought was weird bring everyone’s food together not all separately. Which the boys were done eating now and I still hadn’t got my burger yet, I’m watching food come out of the kitchen, takeout orders coming out. I asked our server just to package up my food since they were all done eating and I wasn’t about to eat by myself, her reply was ok sure, so just the bill. She conveniently brings my food packaged, the bill and the debit machine all at the same time. To top things all off I still got charged for my food. My first visit to Endzone was a fantastic one! From the minute I arrived to the minute I left, my server Jess was the absolute definition of "above and beyond". I inquired if there was an All Day Breakfast, and even though it was not on the menu, the kitchen ... happily and quickly whipped it up for me. And it was perfect, exactly as I had ordered. Ordered on uber specifically for the fact I could do a steak order waited 30 minutes to not even get the steak on it. It was nothing special and was really disappointing . As I really wanted meat on my nachos. The only reason they got 3 stars was the spinich ... dip was really good. Read more

Enjoyed a nice dinner out with my kiddo. I had the rib and wing combo. My son had the steak dinner. Manager came round and asked how the meal was and even hooked up my son with some ice cream (didn’t offer me any but that’s ok). Our server was wonderful, glass was ... never empty of beer. This was our first time at Endzone and it was okay. The waitress was very kind and quick and checked on us a few times! It was very hot inside, not sure if their ac was just not working or just not very high. The food was alright, the spinach ... dip was nice and cheesy and I loved the little fried pitas. My poutine was a bit bland and the fries weren’t very cooked and the tortellini was the same, still a little underdone and chewy and the sauce is way more tomato then it is rose. It was definitely a good price compared to other restaurants though which was awesome. Definitely not the best place I’ve been too, but everyone was super nice and it was okay! Read more
