Went here for tea used to be very clean store,now very dirty couldn't see through windows on door they were so dirty. Store over all dirty, service sucks 1 person making food gentleman came from back just stared at line up. People behind me left. Person ording asked for ... chili 2pm on a Sunday they had none. I ordered steap tea but I get black coffee. worst experience ! They need some more experienced trainee. The service is very slow . I just throw the whole food . This location need improvement . Wastage of money

We ordered 2 meals, and 2 breakfast sandwiches and an extra drink. They did not have the frozen lemonade as advertised. We had to wait 2 minutes for one of the sausages for the breakfast sandwich. Some of the food was ready before the drinks. Then they told us it would ... be 2 more minutes for the potato wedges... We waited 15, ate all of our other food, and ended up changing to a donut instead of wedges. They kept telling us 2 minutes. There were other ppl waiting for wedges.... It looked like there were only 3 people working - a lunch time on a Saturday. The supervisor (or manager) started yelling at an employee behind the counter (should have brought them into the back instead) Employees didn't seem to care. Were very slow. Food was ok. Not worth what we spent, especially due to poor service. They had a hard time charging things on the app. All in all - avoid this location. Read more

1 staff working at this location on Sunday at lunch time. The employee did her best but unacceptable level of service with a wait time of 25 min for coffee. Bathrooms have NEVER been cleaned. Disgusting location inside, head office should maybe spend some time at this location because ... it should not be open. Let alone leaving 1 employee to work alone. Read more

Busy store especially during lunch hour. Slow service. Fresh donuts and warm beverages. Chipotle steak in bowl tastes good but the lettuce salad is not fresh since noticed wilted leaves and ends with red stalks in bowl.
