The floor was so dirty. There was an excessive amount of trash under our table and the seats were dirty as well. Our server wasn't very attentive. My partner ordered a grilled chicken Thai wrap, but it wasn't even grilled. Our server never did a table check and my drink ... wasn't even refilled until we got our bill. It was my 1st time visit to Boston pizza, Hamilton and ordered Mediterranean veggie pizza, ravioli bites, pizza fries and brownie and each bite was worth it! Was too hungry to capture pictures of other items😋 amazing food and service. Would definitely stop by each time I’m in Hamilton
Great for large groups where the company will distract you from the food! Service and atmosphere are always fun and quick with what you need. The food on the other hand is really not that great. I was recommended the jambalaya linguine because apparently it’s a fan favourite, for reasons I ... can not comprehend. Tasted unseasoned and like they just tossed anything in to the mix. Chicken parm was alright, the pasta itself was similar to the jambalaya in taste, and the chicken a little dry but definitely the better option of the two. I do have to say the panookie was scrumptious. Best dessert and best thing they have on the menu! Please if you’re going to order anything, let it be that dessert! Read more
Amazing place, nice vibe and overall great staff. The girl that served was so nice and polite and helped me claim some rewards I had from my account, and even the manager on-site helped me with it since the code wasn't showing up so I was really appreciative of that ... and the fact that they helped me out with any questions I had. I went during pasta Tuesday and got a great on the "Hungry Carnivore" which was everything I expected and they even let me change the pasta type into spaghetti!
