Talay Thai Restaurant - Halifax, Nova Scotia

Always love getting food here. Staff are always kind and food is always hot and delicious. My go to dishes are the Spring Rolls, Shrimp Rolls, Ginger Beef and Pad Thai. I always get takeout and the portions are nice and big.

Amazing food. Although the Dartmouth location has horrible ambience for dine in. So take your meal/s home. The only real complaint I have for this location is their hours of business. It opens too late in the day and closes far too early :( Please talay thai - think of trying ... to make your open hours longer. Read more

Just a small little place, nice staff. Large portions of food, had the ginger chicken and the sweet and sour prawns. Both came with sticky white rice. Prawns were really good, chicken was Ok, tasted a little off. Prices were pretty good, really busy takeout business!

Came to the restaurant for lunch. I ordered fried prawns with tamarind sauce and my friend ordered lunch menu - stir fried spicy chicken. The food was ok, an average, not too good. The service was good. The only thing that I don’t like is the messy sauce on the edge ... of the plate. How long it takes to wipe it before you serve it to the customer(?!). Read more

Can't say enough great things about this restaurant. Large servings with generous amounts of meat. Authentic Thai, wonderful presentation, served piping hot, very pleasant and attentive service. Highly recommended.
