Wasabi House - Halifax, Nova Scotia

This was our first time trying this restaurant. Everything was delicious. Great food, great service, friendly staff, and the complimentary sushi rolls were a very nice and pleasant surprise! It's definitely worth a try if you have never been to this restaurant.

I wanted to try a different place to eat sushi and this place didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious, the staff were really nice and they gave us complementary rolls with our order! I will definitely come back to order another time 10/10

We had an incredible time at the Wasabi House today when we decided to stop by for dinner! The staff is warm and friendly, the decor is cozy and the food is incredible! And the portions are great too, making it a great place for groups to head out to! Our ... server Mac was extremely pleasant, took care to make sure we had enough space for all the food we ordered and was very friendly!! We also got some complimentary sushi which was a wonderful surprise and we were in a food coma by the time we were done and definitely had leftovers to take back home! The prices are quite reasonable as well, especially if you visit during their happy hours! I would recommend everyone to visit this place if they love Japanese food! Great food and excellent service/staff. The folks here were incredibly friendly, helpful and anticipated our needs. The salmon sashimi was fresh and tender, the mango topping excellent and tuna tataki portions were huge. The spicy rolls were not overly spicy but still tasty. Staff offered us a complimentary roll but ... we were already stuffed. We cannot wait to come back here - we have been looking for something comparable to what we were accustomed to in Vancouver and so far this is the best in Halifax. Read more
