Cafe Istanbul - Halifax, Nova Scotia

OMG - Just the best. We all had wraps for lunch and it was the perfect amount of food and the flavours were amazing. We will be back for sure. The photo is of my Falafel wrap.

I had a strange feeling that they dont like south asian people !! Although the presentation and atmosphere was great , the teste of their food was noting special. I tried couple of different Turkish restaurant, there are better options than this one in and around Halifax. Overall not recommended. ( ... Was visiting Halifax and looking for something for dinner. Walked here from downtown Halifax and must say what a gem. Server was super kind. We ordered eggplant sauté which is served cold with hot pita and what a delight. We also ordered spicy chicken skewers served with rice and those ... were as good, flavorful and juicy. We entered quite close to closing time and the place was moderately busy. Still we were served in peace and there was no rush. The owner was present there and made sure we got everything we wanted.
