Habaneros Modern Taco Bar - Halifax, Nova Scotia

Came here with my wife having visited other habaneros in the province and having generally pleasant experiences. The rice was mushy and tasted old, the chicken was tasteless and had several chewy bits as well. Won’t be returning.

I call at the store at 7:45 pm to know about any veg options available and she didn't want to give answer. After that she said they were closed from uber and the store hours were 9:00 pm. Very bad service and never want to order agin. I hope you ... will understand. Read more

After being a long term customer I received my order this evening and it looks as if they’ve given up. Seems as if since I had ordered through Uber they can take any sense of care and throw it out the window. The food portion was at least 1/2 ... of what it normally is. The bowl looked similar to slop and it looks like they must have ran out of rice because there was hardly any! Super disappointed in the quality and quantity. Do better. Read more

Came here with my family on our last day in Halifax, where we had a good and inexpensive lunch. I really liked my vegetarian burrito with guacamole, which came with chips, salsa, and a drink as I ordered a combo. I really like this location of Habaneros! I’ve been there many times before the pandemic, and I always had a good time there. Today we ordered 3 tacos, a burrito, and 2 quesadillas. The food was great, the price was decent, and the portions were big!! Even their tacos were ... like 3 small burritos lol I especially love their chicken quesadilla, burritos, carrots pickled, and mango sour cream. Yummy! Definitely will order food from them again.
