Greco Pizza - Halifax, Nova Scotia

Read the bad reviews but decided to order anyway as other locations would not deliver to my location. The pizza arrived missing toppings, burnt, without the ordered sauces. Disappointing when those selections had already been paid for upon order.

I love Greco Sauce! It tastes just like before! Better to order ahead if you can but everything was great

Always enjoy the donairs, garlic and wings. Pizza is usually good. If not they fix it. Tonight I took a risk on a calzone. Bad choice all around. It's completely dry. The folded over dough sucked up the sauce inside. The outside of the dough wasn't even brushed with butter. ... It's a lump of dry dough, with not nearly enough ingredients inside. Very disappointed. I normally love Greco! I went into this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago at noon and asked if they had any slices ready. The cashier said yes and then proceeded to get a piece of pizza from the bottom the fridge that was wrapped in ... plastic wrap. She then heated it up. I wasn’t told what kind of pizza it was until it was in my hand. A second worker came in and insisted the pizza was prepared that morning (doubtful). I’m giving two stars because he said if I wasn’t happy with it, he’s replace it for free. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to wait for another pizza to be made. Items on menu not available. Heading to my gym Greco pizza is right beside. I saw a sign displayed “Greco Nachos”, it looks delicious, then I came inside and ordered, surprise: sorry, no Nachos today. Washroom out of order. I asked where’s the washroom, surprise: it’s out of order. Ok I was hungry ... then I decided to go for a pizza, but only 1 person to make the pizza and cashier I had to wait 5 minutes until get a chance to place my order. They display pizza slices but the employee said they didn’t have slice, only the whole pizza. Ok I order the small one (which I find expensive). It took a bit more than 10 min. When it came, I like ketchup on my pizza, but again surprise: They don’t have ketchup My impression is that the place is poorly managed I give 2 star because the pizza was ok.
