Hi i gave one star and if have option ill give zero , writing these review because i parked in Tim hortons parking lot yesterday arround 8:30 pm and bought 2 coffee for me and my friend at 8:32 pm and then i sit in his car for 30 to ... 40 minutes and my car get booted at 9:16 pm and i even have all the footage that i am in the Tim Hortons parking 🅿️ lot whole time we both have dash cam footage from 8:30pm to 9:16 pm , i even explained everything to the private company who gave me the ticket of 132$ but they didn’t have any office and they are not even replying to my phone calls i even Email them about this scenario but no reply from there side and no call back and even the guys who came to release my car are so rude they almost going to hit on my friend face and start abusing i have the camera footage of that too in my phone , this is so disrespectful and i am regular customer here but mostly use drive through this is first time i order from inside counter of Tim and this happened i noticed that no one replying to any review from last year either its one star or whatever they don’t care and maybe they didn’t even reply to this one too but i write this review at-least it helps someone who is willing to buy coffee so keep in mind your car going to boot either you are in parking lot or you are there customer or using washroom it’s better to park car on street and they buy coffee that’s what it looks like for me because these parkings are not for customers ,it’s better to make some building instead of parking lot from there you guys make more money then these tickets i thought.
