This is like the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had to go home and put my own mayonnaise on my Blt before I ate it. Don’t get me wrong, everyone’s nice and the service is real quick and everything, but like cmon guys just edited my review to remove another star ... after getting my second dry BLT since my initial review. I just went to this location and ordered a donut and sandwich for lunch. I kid you not, the bread used for the sandwich was so stale that it was falling apart as I was taking bites of it. The donut I got was so stale that it sounded like I ... was hitting a rock when I tapped on it. It was so dry! Both items went straight in the trash. It’s very obvious that this location is selling items that are from the previous day. This is unacceptable for the exorbitant price that is being charged. I can go to an actual sit-down restaurant for the same amount of money and get quality service for comparable prices. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this location, but now I definitely have learned my lesson and will not be going back. They are trying to cut corners to save money and it’s completely unacceptable to be taking advantage of customers to this extent. There are limits to making a profit. I order a tea here every day, always double double with milk. It is almost always cream. When I ask at the window to be sure it's made with milk and not cream, the staff are rude and condescending, often laughing at me, and say that it's milk, but I'd ... say 4/5 times a week, it's cream. I've told them it isn't a preference so much as a health issue, and yet- still cream. I can't be bothered to take it back when it's wrong, as they're always so rushed and rude that I can't fathom dealing with them twice in one day. Today, I ordered Cheese Croissant grilled with butter from tims - In store - 6034 Lady Hammond Rd, and this is what i got. A burnt croissant from both sides.. The person giving a burnt croissant to a customer can't be loyal to the organization and doesn't care about tims reputation ... obviously. I request tims officials to check for such employees and make sure that they do not play with your aura.. Check the CCTV of store and I am sure there will be an eye opening reality of the employees you have hired and their services in your name.. Probably one of the worst Tim hortons I’ve been to. Although I can acknowledge how hard the job. This was something else 2 errors in a simple 3 drink 3 snack order. Then when I had to go back up to the cash to get things fixed staff ignored me ... walking by for 3/4 minutes before asking how they can help. When I explained the errors in donuts, they gave me another wrong donut but at least fixed the drink. Parking and drive threw are also terrible! Read more
