Tim Hortons - Halifax, Nova Scotia

I live down the road from this restaurant and every single time I come here it’s disgusting to the point that I can’t even sit in the store. The bathrooms are horrendous the floors are slippery because they’re soaked in gosh knows what. The staff don’t interact with you they ... can barely speak English, they’re rude they give attitude they are filthy and wear the same gloves to use money and touch food, I was an assistant manager of a Tim hortons and my store was never in this state before. I don’t like the fact that I can’t sit down and have a nice coffee. My coffee is always wrong , they mess up on my change and they don’t care if their service is sufficient. The store itself smells like pee. It’s gross 🤮 I want something done about this because I come here a lot and I’m disgusted about this.. I’d like the owner to email me about this. Also this is after this time but I was waiting to have my order taken and I looked over to where their trays are to glaze doughnuts and there were black flies flying around landing on the walls and the glaze trays and I told the staff and she said “when we can we will get around to it don’t worry we already know” if they already knew then they would have done something about it Read more

Every time I come to this location it is absolutely disgusting. I live down the street and come here routinely. When I come in the place is a mess, every table and chair is dirty. I went into the washroom yesterday and there was a DIRTY NEEDLE on the floor, ... when I came out and addressed this to the staff they shrugged and laughed. At first I was patient with the language barrier and my orders getting wrong, but it has gone to far. This place needs to be checked by a manager. This was mine and my partners experience today. It wasn't as busy as it usually is when I went to get a cup of coffee and a box of 20 timbits. A young server was so rude to me and my kids as we were making our order. She was even meaner when I told her I was ... paying cash. She poked her finger in every timbit and my coffee was so cold. Not that hard to make a double double since it's the most common. One would think. I think I'll stick to going to the one inside Halifax Shopping center. Nicer people and they always get my order correct. Read more

So, I found this in my coffee cup after consumption at this location today. I'm assuming it was under the ice, as my dad was with me and didn't see it either until after the ice had melted and I went to wash out the cup for recycling. It says ... "Iced coffee Tim glace" and is rubbery. Read more

It's one of the busiest Tim Hortons in the area. Their croissant is really good. If you want to sit in, make sure that you secure a place first as the place can be very crowded.
