What a great tea shop! I was there on vacation with my girlfriend and we stumbled upon this place while walking Halifax. Along with some really cool nik nacs, there is a great selection of teas and tea kits. We went on a Wednesday and they were offering tarot card ... readings. I don’t know much about them, but my girlfriend said the reading (apparently at a really good price) was awesome and performed by knowledgeable and professional staff. I've always had excellant service here. I found the staff, particularly the owner, to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was absolutely amazing with helping me. Sawadee tea house is really an enchanting place . The sweet flavour of teas , the beautiful statues from Burma and the quality jade they have is amazing .The calming music and the spiritual atmosphere ,not to mention the niceness of people behind the counter ,make it a wonderful place ... to shop. Just dropped by for some bubble tea there today. I love the smell of incense and their calming music. They have a huge variety of loose leaf tea that will really amaze you.
