Incredible service at the table. Plenty of free parking. Visit on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30. Not busy at this time. They have a 30% off for seniors over 60 on seniors appreciation day. Love the Delmonico steak. See picture. The apple crumble with ice cream was out of this world.
This restaurant brings back memories of living in Halifax. We ordered the 7oz. Pan-Fried Haddock (2 @13.00) Seafood Chowder- BOWL Single Del Monico Steak We ordered the Friday special - pan fried. Haddock. The fish had a mildly sweet taste with a texture that was firm yet tender. The chowder was delicious. A bit on the ... salty side but paired nicely with the dinner rolls. I wanted a greasy breakfast... I got one! Lol I got a breakfast skillet. It was a little heavy for me but tasted pretty good! My second time here ever and again, the amazing service was as good as the meal. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs here - super friendly and great with recommendations. Our meal was made even better with our interaction with our server, Carol. It's people like Carol that ... continue to bring customers back.
