Italian Market - Halifax, Nova Scotia

If anybody’s been to the Italian market, you know how great the food is here. I had their Roofing sandwich for the first time made on Stonehurst, rye pastrami, Russian dressing, sauerkraut and pickle. It was excellent. Moore pastrami would’ve been perfect . Great selection of salads sandwich, soups, ... and of course, the grocery section is full of great Italian food. You can eat in or take out staff are very friendly. Read more

Is it $12 for a sandwich…. Yes… Is it worth it.. also yes! This place has an excellent selection and every sandwich I have tried has not disappointed. Their selection of sweets are tantalizing but I have resisted the urge to splurge. Friendly staff, clean store. Only downside a little slow for service even when ... there is no line ups. Read more

We came at the last hour and really enjoy the kick back vibe here. Latte was foamy and mocha tasted sugary. If milk and sugar are your thing, you’re in good hands :)

Amazing food and specialty items. Great quality, prices, and service. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The place is a gem, it’s a must for everyone’s Halifax bucket list.
