They got rid of their cookie dough recently which makes me sad as that was my favorite mix in! They have a new super small size pre made ones and the taste/texture is kind of funny. Otherwise best icecrecam spot around!

I stopped in for some ice cream this evening and was greeted by the sweetest young woman working the counter. I wish I had gotten her name, but her customer service skills were exceptional and the reason I wanted to leave a review! Seemed like she truly enjoyed her job, ... plus was very helpful when I asked for suggestions. The ice cream was delicious too of course! I recently visited Marble Slab Ice Cream Shop and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Hetal. Their warm welcome, expert guidance on flavors, and attention to detail made my experience unforgettable. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop to others!

I stopped by last night (March 14th) for some ice cream and was very disappointed with the whole experience. The staff member working was incredibly rude, dismissive and made the whole visit uncomfortable. They were clearly upset, had a scowl on their face the whole time and was throwing/slamming multiple ... things around the store. I understand that it can be frustrating when customers come in around 9:30 when you're trying to prepare for close, but that sounds like a staffing issue. If she wants to be mad, be mad at management for not staffing the store appropriately during March Break and don't take your frustrations out on customers. Had a fabulous experience at Marble Slab. This outlet is at Lacewood Drive plaza. Hence loads of parking space. If you're craving for some ice creams imagining any flavor this is a go to stop. You will have numerous flavors to choose for your ice cream and they'll mix it ... well with your toppings be it fruits, cookies, chocolate, sprinkles, gummies. The ambiance inside is joyful with several seats, you can have your ice cream there or come out with it. You get an option to choose the cone, or cup for your Icecream. The price is reasonable. The staff is extremely supportive and approachable. I would highly recommend this place to have ice cream with friends and family or can even eat alone. Read more
