Ordered the KRAZE original with fries and vanilla shake. I was starving! The shake came first, hand spun, delicious. The burger and fries were brought to my table. Came here with my wife again and we are very pleased to do this. I had the Smoking Goat burger and she had the Bacon n Blue. The ingredients were fresher and the food was more delicious than most of the burger stores that we have had in town. One big ... plus is the customer service here. Location in the heart ❤️ of downtown is perfect. Parking is an issue. Layout and decorations, stylish and modern, it is the type of burger restaurant. Cleanliness is acceptable. Service is plausible and staff knowledgeable of ingredients. Time waiting to get served was ok Time to get the food was acceptable Prices costs me around ... average $20/meal. I love this place. It’s got my favourite burger in town but the staff haven’t been great recently. The last time I went there, the cashier didn’t take my order as a meal and charged me separately for the side and the drink. This was a good 4 dollars more than ... what they charge for the meal. When I brought that to their attention, they claimed that this is how they always do it. I sat close to where the cashier is and I watched her overcharge everyone while I was there. I didn’t want to make a scene nor put the cashier in a tough spot by asking for a manager so I simply ate my meal and left. I’m leaving this review in hopes that someone working there will see this and correct this so people stopped getting overcharged for a meal that already isn’t exactly cheap. Read more
