Don't expect a fancy gourmet dining experience. That said, it's a solid choice for your more traditional diner or pub fare. The server was very friendly and helpful. The food came out fairly quickly. We had the club sandwich to go. It was made with real turkey meat not deli ... slices. The fries were standard frozen and deep fried but had a nice cajun spice added. I tried their Black and Blue burger. I’m a big fan of ‘stinky’ blue cheese and felt this burger had just the right amount to taste it but not be overwhelming. I chose a baked potato but other options were there too. Service is always quick and friendly. I’ve ... been to this place multiple times and most of the time I’m shocked at how quickly the food comes out of the kitchen. Decor is pretty plain but the place is clean and spacious. It’s a family restaurant sort of feel, not fancy. Expect to pay about 15-20$ per plate. Lots of variety on the menu, boiled dinner, all day breakfast, liver and onions and of course regular pub fare too. Read more

I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal here. The food has always been very tasty, plenty of it and priced reasonably. The service has always been above par. It is one of the few places I can still afford to bring my mum, uncle, aunt, brother, ... partner and family friends and still be able to treat. I've eaten here a few times, and the food is nothing special. Last time my family and I went, the service was incredibly slow and unfriendly. The fish cakes were dry and potatoes not properly cooked.
