Defintly my favourite burger joint in the whole city. Always fresh, great selection of toppings, vegetarian options. Super delicious if your hungry for burgers make it a flip burger. Try the homemade onion rings or super cool milkshakes.
Pretty good hamburger joint. Lots of neat specials, as in burgers that are one-of's from the main menu to try. The Monkey Business (bananas, peanut butter, mini Reeses pieces) is my favourite milkshake. Fries are the real deal.
Best veggie burger in Halifax! I've said it multiple times. I love it here. The toppings and choices are better than anywhere - I can get a veggie burger combo hot and fresh for just a little over $10 - without having to pay extra for onions ... or sautéed peppers. I have become addicted to Flipburger. I started out loving the hamburgers (Southwestern particularly) but recently discovered that their chicken burgers are equally divine. I love the variety of toppings (especially the haystack onions) and the crispy little fries. Even though it can be a bit more of a wait ... than the average fast food joint, the wait is totally worth it. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. The only downside is the price, but even then I think I'm just comparing to a typical fast-food combo pricing. These guys aren't your typical fast food! The beef is fresh and you can watch them frying up your patty. The fries are also delicious. Plenty of pros: wide selection ... of burgers, tasty fries, and generally friendly staff. A few small cons which may not be a big deal to most: the burgers are cooked from fresh so they can take a while to get, especially if the place is busy. It's also a little pricey, but much of that is 'in my head' since I'm used to a lower price from, say, Wendy's for a takeout burger meal.
