The staff here are always on top of their new products and are excellent at making sure every customer who walks in gets a sample of their tea of the day. this location is small but the team makes do and works efficiently when its busy. They are also very ... precise with tea measurement and ask if its ok to be a few grams over what you asked for before packing it up. some other locations have had issues with over filling and charging customers for more tea than they asked for.
