The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Everything used to create this delicious sub is FRESH. I’m a food snob and they ALWAYS make my sub just the way I like it! An added bonus to this store is they also serve Kawartha Dairy ice cream!❤️

Mr. Sub is still the best sub out there. Good price, great service, just good food. No need to fix what ain't broke.

Ordered online and they still took an extra 20 minutes to get me my sub that was ready and sitting behind the counter. When I finally got my sub the guy rudely says to me "well you could of said something". Very poor customer service !! Do yourselves a favour ... and drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the one on Silvercreek. Its worth the drive. Read more

The woman who runs this business is incredibly rude. My jaw has dropped several times as I’ve listened to the way she speaks to her staff. Last time I was in, she was blatantly rude to me and claimed that she couldn’t make my sub properly because I didn’t tell ... her every topping I wanted on my sub from the get go. Needless to say, she should not be working in this industry and I’m not shocked that there is new staff there every time I go in. Go elsewhere if you want good service. Read more

I stopped at this location to pick up dinner on the way home one evening. I had totally forgotten this Mr. sub was even in this plaza. On this day, the store was clean, the food looked fresh, everything was well presented, and there were two employees working which was nice ... as there was a few people ahead in line. The tuna sub had a good amount of fish on it and the bread was fresh. I was in and out quickly and had no issues with our dinner. Read more
