I recently had the pleasure of dining at Helmand Kabob House, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The rice was simply amazing – perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We stop in Guelph for dinner. We found this place and let me tell you, service was excellent, food was hot and well prepared. Peoples at the counter was well manner and help full to pick out the dishes. They always smile and courteous.

First time visit. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Food tasted amazing. I had the Helman special for the first time and found the tandoori chicken kabobs were very well seasoned and juicy, the lamb kabobs were delicious (a bit over cooked) but overall delicious. Nice food, nice ambience. Liked the songs that were playing. Very friendly owner. Food was spicy and delicious to our liking. Ample quantity - we ordered two dishes, had a hard time finishing it. We are Indians, and we totally enjoyed the Afgani flavours. Will visit again.
