Staff was great,ice cream was good,food was bad. Not the best DQ out there

Got the smallest size royal blizzard for the wife on a hot day, which is just as expensive as the next smallest regular blizzard. When I got the blizzard it was literally just white ice cream. I asked the staff if they could correct it. Was responded to with that's ... just the way it is. We've ordered the same blizzard before and it was not like that and all we wanted was just a Tiny bit more on top or something. No was just shoved off the the side. Last time we will be back. The staff was super friendly and the store was spotless. We ordered a Burger combo with sundae and chicken strip combo with another sundae. First time at this Dairy Queen location and their food and ice cream was delicious. They got my order right and perfectly done. Today Tuesday June 15th 2021 (8:47pm). Since the first time I came here, I have returned more than 10 times to do a purchase at this Dairy ... Queen store. I decided to provide the full 5 stars 🌟. Very good location. Neat and clean. We purchased chocolate cake but was not sure that there was any nuts in the cake. We wanted to exchange. The girl served us with smiles when we first purchased the cake. But when we went there and asked about exchange, they said that ... there may be no nuts, so we decided to keep the cake. However one staff was not polite. He rudely asked us, “hey! Did you pay?” Overall ok service but customer service is not good. I will not go this store again. Read more
