The food is wonderful. Served hot and fresh and the dishes are made to order. Honestly the best Chinese food I've ever had. Service was good, but could have been a bit more attentive. Atmosphere is 'plain-white t-shirt'... clean but kind of boring. But the tremendous food quality and setving size makes ... up for any shortcomings. Authentic Chinese restaurant with a large menu. Dishes are tasty, deep fried food, a light oil taste not the usual old oil taste in many restaurants. Portions are a good size and prices at an average budget. We ordered the deep fried pork with chilies, sizzling satay, three types of ... seafood with vegetables, and garlic gylan. Excellent pork dish, satay was very light in taste, but meat was so tender. Lots of shrimp, squid, and fish in the seafood, not at all sparingly like other restaurants. The squid in the dish was not rubbery at all, and the sauce was fantastic. There was a shortage of gylan. However, we willingly accepted a substitute when advised in advance, so there was no issue. $72 for a large dinner for three with lots of leftovers. No hesistation to place my stamp of approval, and we will be back, especially as they do have a small selection of dim sum available, too. Very enjoyable, thank you. A Thursday night and parking was difficult due to being across from the public skating rink, so be prepared to have to hunt for a spot. Restaraunt priority is the food, so keep a thought that the lack of ambiance and decor is made up for by the food taste and quality. Read more
