Annoyed and disappointed. Made an online order and arrived about 15 minutes before the pick-up time. No big deal, I just sat and waited. While I waited I witnessed about 8 walk-in orders being taken and finished. Alas my pick-up time has come and passed. Another 3 walk-ins ordered and got their ... food before I did. Only 10 minutes passed my pick-up time did I receive my order. I’m just annoyed that walk-in orders take priority over online orders. I understand I showed up early but you’d think I would at least get my order at the pick-up that they gave. Fast forward. Took my food home and ate it. Portion size is OK. Flavour isn’t there at all. How can something be fried in a wok and not have a “wok hay” taste? The “fried rice” isn’t even fried rice. It’s soggy rice with pea and carrot bits with enough soy sauce to change the colour of the rice. Will I return? Absolutely not. Read more

We had ordered food from here through Uber. While eating i got a metal piece that was in the noodles. I am very disappointed with this. It could have hurt me and could have been fatal. We ordered in person and got take out. I’ve went here and other locations before and never had an issue, but this time I did. We got our food, walked home, and ate our food and it had a really weird taste to it. Almost sour, old, or soapy. It ... left a rather unpleasant taste in our mouth and it was hard to continue eating. It might have been just that day, but almost every breaded item we got tasted off. The noodles and beef were good though, just the breaded items for some reason tasted really really off. Such a disappointment when you made your way all the way there just for the food to be bad. Tried this location for the first time. The portion size is generous (see pics of the box and the food served on a plate). Price is reasonable and the place looks clean. Would definitely return!

Great to have Manchu Wok back again. Food just like I remembered from a few years ago in the mall. Same selection. Chicken balls are tiny. I would go back again but shrinkflation is definitely represented here. I got a scoop of honey garlic chicken, a scoop of beef broccoli ... and a decent amount of noodles. They were so careful to not go over the line in the container. That being said the portion size wasn't good for the price. But they're not the only ones doing this. Overall 3 stars because of the portion size to price. 4 stars for the food though. Read more
