Gino’s Pizza - Guelph, Ontario

Food is so sad now. Broken bone shards in the wings and stingy on the sauce. Ordered garlic bread with cheese and theres no cheese. Breads not even toasted. It used to be better. Wont order from here anymore. Waste of money. Edit: I just called the store to ask ... what happened and was told this is the standard now. They wanted to give me a store credit to remove my review. Wrost service for delivery drivers. Customer can take pizza without bag but when delivery driver comes a specific kind of pizza bag requires, why so?Even if we bringing proper bag your employee never satisfied with driver service. Will never accept your order next time.please take care of it.

Always a good experience! I've ordered their pizza and panzerotti, and both were hot, fresh, and tasty. I will order from them again. Highly recommended!

Update as of April 13, 2024 This place is so good and has great deals. I highly recommend a medium thin crust cooked well done. The taste of the sauce is amazing...it has a slight BBQ flavour that makes it delicious. The staff on the phone are very polite ... and friendly. I've ordered three times in the past week. Looking forward to more 😀 Last night was my first time ordering from Gino's in several years. I had heard they had new management, so I decided to try it again. I got a great deal for a small pizza with two pops and two dipping sauces. The pizza tasted good and arrived hot. My only complaint is that I ordered it cooked well done (which it wasn't) and it was a bit greasy. I will order again for a second try. Read more

We ordered two large pizzas from Gino’s last week. All around, it’s solid. I would say that in the grand scheme of Guelph Pizza, it’s a standout. If you widen the range to Kitchener and Cambridge, it doesn’t quite stack up against a Holiday Inn Dr Dominoes or Double Double, ... but it’s a great option for a night in. Their customer service is unreal, and the driver had to basically be flying in a jet to get it to our house as quick as he did. I give Gino’s a firm 4.4 overall. Read more
