Love how the restaurant is decorated, very comfortable. Food was good. We will be coming here again.

We made reservations for a party of 15 to celebrate my Grandfather's 80th birthday. We were provided with one server, who had only been employed with Delainey's for a week. We dined with 3 children under three years of age. We sat down at 5:40 and our food was delivered ... after 7pm. My grandfather's plate was forgotten about and was given to him nearly 25 minutes after the rest were served. I ordered the pan seared salmon with beets, advertised as being cooked with maple butter. There was nothing maple about this salmon and I was given a random serving of vegetables...not a beet to be seen. Also, they need to learn how to cook a piece of meat to their diner's request if they are going to ask how they wish it to be prepared. Medium well does mean bleeding on the plate. This plate was not replaced nor was it removed from the bill. Every single bill was incorrect. It took us an additional 20 minutes to have them corrected. When I approached the manager/ owner, she told me she would not speak to me because I did not make the reservation. She was rude, offered no compensation for such terrible service and did not care that my grandfather's 80th birthday dinner was unpleasant. She needs a lesson in restaurant management and a serious discussion about deportment and etiquette. To be un-phased by a negative dining experience by 15 patrons is disgusting. Our server, Michelle, was lovely but was unfairly treated by her employer to be given such a large group to wait on by herself, in addition to it being her first week. I went with my family to celebrate and was very disapointed. Everything we tried to order was no longer available. The only soups were ONION and FRENCH ONION??? We all had the AAA steak which was not AAA and asked for medium well and it came basically blue. Asked for ... refill on drinks and coffee and never recieved. Other guests were making their own drinks behind the bar. Completley understaffed. I guess this place has changed hands because we used to love it. WILL NOT GO BACK. Read more

I will never spend a single cent here. I was hire and worked there for two weeks....and then they very rudely, and unprofessionally "laid me off". The kitchen was in very disgusting condition; unsanitary, and did not meet health and safety standards. On top of that, I would never give ... my money to such rude inconsiderate people. Please consider who you want your money to go to before eating at Delainey's!!! Read more
