Starbucks - Guelph, Ontario

Be prepared to wait 30+ mins for a mobile order here at peak hours. The busiest Starbucks I've been to, plus tables of mobile orders nobody picks up. Food, friendly faces & drinks are consistently good though.

The consistency of their drinks and the service is fine compare to other locations in Guelph.

The service here is absolutely atrocious. I've been standing here for five minutes waiting for someone to even take my order. It's mobile or bust here, why even have a storefront. Then you just watch every mobile order made while you stand and wait. And then you get a thanks ... for your patience at the end. I had none. Worst customer experience, ever. Read more

Ordered 2 drinks , both drinks made very poorly, latte tasted like just milk and refresher wasn’t mixed and not correct mix of drinks. Asked for drinks to be remade. People working there were very annoyed with the request and complained between themselves about the drink being incorrect and proceeded ... to make the drinks even worse the second time. Never had this issue at any other Starbucks but this one. Very rude staff and very poorly made drinks. Read more

Love them! Great service, great staff! Always Friendly and upbeat! Prompt service, always get my order correct! Best customer service I have most anywhere!
