during the day, the ladies and a couple of young men offer excellent friendly service, later on in the early evening there have been 3-4 older males, too busy talking to each other or on their phones, not friendly, never a please or thank you

Great service, always friendly always saying thank you and the food has always been fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and they are very quick to take your order. Also lately I've been enjoying the Ringer burger!!
Quick service from this location, even though not directly located on the ONRoute. Glad we stopped in Guelph. Food was served at the right temperature. Poutines was yummy. Buddy burger was just the right size, first time having it. It reminded me of a slider burger from White Castle, except that ... you could actually taste a little bit of burger. Read more
