I would recommend it 100%. Food is tasty. Service was fast. My favorites are Classic Quesedilla and Mac n cheese 😋👌😍. Chicken pesto was 👍. Desserts are great too🤩. They alo give free food gifts for app downloads and referrals.

Amazing cafe. Whatever you want they got it. Hot drinks, cold drinks, breakfast, snacks, sandwiches and even sweets. Great place for a date, alone or with friends. Very relaxing vibe. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bagel sandwich and when I bit into it there was a BREAD TAG inside. I told our waiter who took it back and got me a new one but would not give me a refund. I talked to a ... second staff member to explain the situation (with photo evidence) and again they refused to give me my money back. This is a very dangerous choking hazard and super unsanitary! The staff I talked to did not seem to care and gave a very ingenuine apology. I am extremely disappointed with the service, as our waiter also gave us other people’s food countless times and a simple iced coffee took almost 30 mins to come. For those like me who loved the atmosphere and food of Williams Coffee Pub (before being renamed) of the past, do NOT have those expectations when going to this establishment. Today when going for lunch, although I expected it to be busy with a lunchtime rush, I did not expect the ... degree of substandard service and quality. The place was full to the brim, no seats available and yet the person taking orders and payment continued to ask, “Is this for here or to go?” When multiple people would then reply, “Are there any seats available?” The reply was, “It doesn’t seem like it. It’s really busy”. Why is it up to the diner to be aware if there are seats available? Should there be a host if it’s regularly this busy to maintain flow? Adding to the disappointment, when I ordered three slices of carrot cake to go for my family, it was obvious immediately that they should not have been placed in this small box. I took this picture once I got home but it was in fact like this upon delivery to me. I did not want to address it because at that point, I just wanted to leave with my lunch that was forcibly made “to go” due to lack of seating. Many people were sitting with dishes from prior diners on the table pushed to the side because there was no one going around to clean tables or collect dishes. Between the three slices of carrot cake, a cappuccino, and a chicken cesar wrap I spent nearly $50 for a terrible experience. I will certainly not be returning to this location.
