We have ordered many times from this location had many problems! Never the correct food or missing items from order. Most recently, they apparently have new management and have decided to not honour a credit that was given to us for an order that was made a week ago. They ... don’t answer the phones/ block calls. Terrible restaurant. Worst experience I have ever had at a wild wings. After a long day I wanted to get some chicken wings, walked into the restaurant and I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I asked if I should find a seat and was told “if you want to you can.” Once I ... found a seat, after 20 minutes the waitress came up, no introduction or greeting and said “what do you want?” I asked about the chicken wing flavours and the appetizers and got little to no response. There was no input given by this individual. After ordering I was told the food would be half an hour or so, the restaurant had one other customer in it and the staff was watching TV. After seeing this I decided I didn’t want to eat at the restaurant or do take out. My order was just placed so I figured it could be cancelled right away. I found the waitress watching tv at the front bar and I told her I want to cancel my order and not to worry about it anymore. I was advised I couldn’t do that because she had “already handed the order into the kitchen”. As I was talking to the waitress she told the cook to throw my order in the fryer so I would have to pay even though my order wasn’t cooking. They refused to cancel my order and I told them that I didn’t want the food or to eat there because of the poor customer service and disrespectful attitudes. So they began to cook the order even though I advised them I wanted to cancel it and no longer wanted to eat at the restaurant. The waitress said she would call the authorities if I refused to pay for the order I cancelled. Suddenly the half an hour wait turned into my food being done in 4 minutes. I asked the staff for the customer service line and for the managers contact information and they refused. They would not provide me with a company email or phone number to talk with someone about this issue. They forced me to pay. Once I got the food I no longer wanted I walked out of the restaurant and checked my food. The chicken was raw and undercooked. Still pink on the inside and cold. This was a horrendous experience and I will never go back. I don’t write reviews on places but this was atrocious and the customer service for a lack of better terms was piss poor. Service was completely unacceptable. We got told to sit wherever the server came over, she was the only server with a full bar of people to serve plus the dining room. The food was cold and the cheese toast was stale and cold. The kitchen messed up the wings as ... well. More servers needs and trained cooks in the kitchen. Management do better!!!! Read more

I went to the Paisley location this evening with my family. Service was abysmal. We ordered Calamari and unfortunately had to send it back because it was freezer burnt and inedible. Staff said they could only exchange for a new order and the new order was equally freezer burnt ... and inedible, go figure. My wife's beer was also flatter than tap water. Read more

Walked in, they stared at us one girl sitting on top of the bar top. She just says “ya?” Like she wasn’t expecting people to walk in.. they were not friendly at all! Didn’t even come to see if we needed drink refills or how our food was.
