Everything was great until my mother who speaks broken English asked for whip cream on my daughter's ice cream. The workers response when she didn't understand the question was incredibly rude saying "ummm what?" Then she gave the tiniest little dollop of whip cream. I asked if we could pay more ... for extra but she said we cannot pay more because then there's not enough for "everyone". We were the only ones in the store at the time. And then proceeded to say there was no button on the machine for extra. I guess if you want extra whip cream for your milkshake that isn't allowed?? Overall, rude experience by this girl. I showed up at 10:56 and the worker wouldn’t serve me ice cream. I tried really hard to get there before closing and was really disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy ice cream.

I was here with my family, we ordered 7 ice cream, total came to $85. After ice cream, I was thirsty, and tried to buy a drink. The store was empty of customers and 3 employees, but I could not get service. So I left. I could probably get a ... drink elsewhere much cheaper, but I was there already. We won’t be returning. After a long hot day, we decided to stop by after a visit nearby. A few people in the line and fairly busy - a normal on a Friday late evening on a summer day is my guess. Limited the vegan options, which is OK as at least they had. The ... staff seemed pretty tired and disinterested in either greeting the customers or even didn’t seemed to enjoy or putting any efforts in mixing. We took one vegan chocolate and one regular Black Forest. The Black Forest was good, but the mix seemed very inconsistent and many bites just plain ice cream. The vegan Chocolate with nuts was disappointing. Well, the chocolate ice cream tasted vegan. While many retailers have come up with amazing flavours and taste which IMO very close to the real thing or in some cases exceeds. delicious ice cream and cakes! the ice cream always has huge portions. i definitely recommend getting your ice cream in a cone over cup because it’s more -or maybe that’s an illusion, but it definitely feels like they give you more ice cream. highly recommend the raspberry cheesecake flavour :)
