Terrible service. Two cahes. One for kfc and one for taco bell. If yoy want to order chicken legs and fries supreme. You have to order from two different cashes. So i ordered two piece chicken legs. They wouldnt give it to me. Other kfc. Would give good service and ... let me have two legs. So I ordered 2 chicken legs and it comes with fries. And in order to get fry supreme, I would have to go buy another French fries with the cheese and meat on top.I dont get. The front of house has improved greatly!! The kitchen is just as incompetent as they were 4 months ago. Asked for light mayo on my chicken burger. The bun was absolutely saturated with mayo. There was about 5-6 tablespoons on it. The very professional young lady working the counter apologized ... and offered to make a new one. I said no its ok as I can scrap it off. She apologized again and said she told the kitchen staff twice to only put light mayo on. Honestly this location needs to pull it together. Was looking for Vegan options in the mall food court and found that this KFC fries the plant based patty in a separate cooker than the ones the chickens are fried. The sandwich comes with a bit of sorry looking lettuce and a vegan creamy sauce. The sandwich has an amazing ... crunch and in places is quite thick giving a nice bite to it. Wish the Plant Based Popcorn Chikn is back or there are some other better options available as well. Read more
