We stopped to get the 2 for $5 Jr. Whopper today July 5, 2024 and the staff told us the deal is over (expired). The deal as advertised is valid until July 7, 2024 (see picture ad). Both staff members refused to honour the deal. Shame on you BK!

Disgusting location. Do not waste your time and money going here. I went to get the roadhouse crispy chicken and specifically asked for no cheese due to a dairy allergy. When I arrived home, I noticed that they had put cheese on my sandwich anyway, so I ... was unable to eat it. On top of that, the chicken was weirdly tough and inedible, when I gave it to my sister, she couldn't even bite into it. So with no fuss, I decided to return to the location a few days later to ask them to simply remake my sandwich. They remade the sandwich but remade the WRONG sandwich. They gave me a different crispy chicken sandwich on the menu instead of the roadhouse crispy chicken that I originally ordered. And when I looked at the sandwich, it looked like it had been made very carelessly. So, after not answering my calls, I returned a third time to request a refund because I was tired of having to go back to the location. The manager refused to give me my refund. Disappointing. This location seems to have really gone downhill lately 😕 We placed a mobile order at 6:30 and it wasn’t ready at 6:50 when I tried to pick it up. It was finally “completed” at 7:05 but with wrong and missing items. I was just in there about 30 minutes ago and ordered a junior whopper combo with a chocolate milkshake ordered a classic chicken sandwich on the side no combo and a smarty milkshake just to get home and find the chicken is old. Disgusting my mom will not eat it. ... It tasted musty and like I’ve been sitting there for a while, my whopper that was supposed to be a junior was a big size whopper, so I thought oh bonus but as I started eating it, the lettuce tasted like it hadn’t been washed that there was chemical soap on it or something and I got the wrong chicken sandwich which the gentleman at the window that served me saw me checking my sandwiches but I thought maybe it was just different bagging cause I don’t normally go to Burger King. I remember it being in a white bag, even the girl taking my order seem to get a little short with me all because I ordered an extra milkshake and she thought that I wanted to replace my chocolate milkshake with that milkshake until I specified. I wanted that milkshake in the next on the side I’m just very disappointed that the food was actually that disgusting for me to pay $20 for it and then I tried to call to talk to somebody and none of them answered me and I have a dash cam and none of them were busy. There was no major cars in the parking lot there was no lineup so for them to ignore my phone call is totally inconsiderate and horrible customer service so I am coming back in the next 15 minutes and I would like you guys to make things right thank you so much . Worst Store ever. DONT GO HERE. This is my 3rd/4th experience over here. I asked for fresh crispy chicken sandwich and they gave me re-fried chicken in my sandwich. Horrible. It’s chewy, dry and super oily. They have done similar thing in past.
