Well this has to be the one restaurant that I'm more then dissatisfied with...first off the get go..entered the restaurant my sister went to the bathroom lady asked how many ppl I said 2 but my sister would b out of washroom in a sec so once my sister ... came out we stood there at the Pew waiting for about 10 minutes b4 someone finally came back to seat us... the place was not busy by far The table was dirty the seats through this place are very well worn and torn not what I expected to c in a Swiss chalet by far the wall where out booth was had food splattered on it, then our server Rebecca who I will add was amazing she was extremely friendly and polite and helpful (best part to this location honestly) so she took our order our order came with cold fries sadly and the gravy was so thick I could stand a spoon up in it ..buns were rock hard so Rebecca was very understanding she took our fries away and we went mashed potatoes instead witch to my surprise were really good but also I would expect them to be as we waited long enough for them to come so long we were pretty well done eating and just mainly had potatoes left ...oh.... Did I forget To mention we also got our dipping sauce in take out containers not how it should be done at all I mean honestly if I wanted to eat out of a take out containers I would have gotten my meal to go.... I think this Swiss chalet has been sadly neglected and needs to be brought to even half way to how the new sudbury Swiss chalet is cause that one is very clean and up to date so u know ur dining in a restaurant instead of feeling like ur in a low quality establishment... I for one don't see us returning anytime in the future so if your craving Swiss. Chalet go to New sudbury one instead ... Read more
