Swiss Chalet - Greater Sudbury, Ontario

Went there on Canada day. It was not busy. Just had time to sit down and order our meals. About 4 minutes later our meal arrived. We were surprised how fast it came. Fries were stale and the chicken dry. When we mentioned this to the server his answer was ... white meat is always dry. I have never been served such a bad plate at this restaurant. It is always a great meal when we go to Swiss Chalet. Our server Alisha was extremely friendly, prompt, and was available very quickly. Over all a wonderful visit. We will always return.

Sometimes the chicken is too dry but when it isn’t too dry it is very very good. My favourite spot to eat out. Staff is very friendly.

The host was very welcoming and polite. He made you feel comfortable and was very informtive. The server was very prompt polite and very pleasant to talk to. Her service was impeccable she was prompt, and knew the products and was accurate taking our order. she our experience wanting to return.
