Ordered online and my order had not arrived after 1.5hrs and was ice cold. I ordered 2 veg pizzas . It was a pickup order and we made sure the two pizzas are vegetarian because we talked about all the veggie options with the worker . I said her perfectly clear that i was vegetarian and I wanted to order 2 veggie (tandoori ... paneer and butter paneer pizza ) pizzas. I got home and me and my friends started the party and started eating the pizzas. I was halfway done with the slice of pizza when my friend stopped me and told me it was a chicken pizza . I was dumbfounded and shocked because it was a blunder and was in shock. I am a hindu by religion that I am pure vegetarian by birth and my community forbid the eating or using of meat and animal products. I was appalled and furious with this discovery and called the customer service right away. The representative who picked up the phone put me hold for a long time. I decided to called again and the next representative picked up, I told about my issue and he told me he was sorry and rushed the conversation that he can give a free pizza. I said it’s not about free pizza it was against my religion and it was a truly big mistake . He rushed the conversation by giving me this email for refund and end the call. I felt appalled by this conversation and decided to go to the location ( 10012 99 Ave Unit 101, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 0R9) . I went there and told my issue to the same girl working there before. Instead of helping me out she started giggling and saying that how would i not notice chicken in my paneer pizza. I told her how would i know if i hadn’t had a bite of meat in my life because chicken and paneer looks the same. I was deeply hurt by her comment as i told her before i belong to a hindu religion in which we banish the use of meat. She was very unserious and instead of helping me out or apologizing she started making excuses and fun of the situation. When i asked about the manager’s number , she refused and said u can come tomorrow. She refused to give me my refund, and started making fun of me. Called in just before 1230am. Was put on hold for a couple minutes. Then they proceeded to tell me they can't take my order because policy states they can't a half hour before closing and I should instead drive there and place an order. When we got there 10 minutes ... later there was no one there to take our order. Bad customer service! Read more
