Boston Pizza - Grande Prairie, Alberta

Busy place but lounge side was quieter. The 3 of us sat down and proceeded to watch the 2 servers chat with the bar tender for 4 or 5 minutes before any one even came by. The lounge had 3 tables already seated so we were the only new people ... in. Finally she came by, we ordered and waited. WE knew it would be awhile because the restaraunt was busy! We get our food probably 25mins later. First bite and all 3 dishes were luke warm. Ugh! The cook got it made but the 2 servers whom we watched stand around not busy missed the getting it to us hot. Beyond frustrating and thats enough for me that I won't make BP my top 5 choice to eat anymore. Read more

Boston Pizza... we know their food is good, but what's impressive: their biodegradable straws! Other establishments should follow their lead... paper straws that disintegrate after a mere 10 mins are a total waste, especially when on a long trip. BP has figured out a straw that lasts long ... enough to get you from one side of Alberta to the other! Actually, their take out dishes are far superior to most! Read more

The food is decent, but the service is garbage. The menu was sticky and gross, I doubt that they even cleaned it. Took around 15 to 20 minutes to get water even though it was not even busy. I haven't had any issues in any Boston Pizza in Alberta except for ... this one. Wouldn't recommend going to this location. Read more

We just made a stop here as we were passing through. It was very busy, however the servers were amazing and on top of everything. Even as busy as it was the food arrived fast and it was delicious!
