I have ordered twice from Joeys Urban to pick up my food & both times they have made mistakes on both orders. Unfortunatley I didn't realize this until I got home. The first time they forgot to my poutine & taco in the bag. Second time I ordered fish & chips. When I ... got home & opened the box only to find one piece of fish with no fries. Not sure why they charge $4.00/taco although it says $3.50/taco on Thursday on their website. I know $0.50 is not a big deal but the problem needs to be addressed. I revisited the store a couple of weeks later. I must say that they were very prompt with addressing the ... price issue. I was very very happy with my last visit there. Food was absolutely stellar. We got one of each taco and every one was amazing, the 2 varieties of ship taco really stole the show. Friendly staff and lots of drinks choices (both alcoholic and not), fresh rustic fries for the poutine, would defiantly come to this clean, casual eatery ... again. Read more

Really disappointing. Took forever to get our take out and then when we got home, we had been given the wrong order. Also incredibly expensive, $29 for 3 fish tacos and a pouting. Place was horrible. Paid $50 for 4 beer and 2 small poutines. Poutines were less than fast food quality. Bad fries, cheap cheese, horrible gravy. $7beers, and we only drank four because the food took so long. Will never go back and recommend you stay ... away.
