Joey’s Seafood Restaurants - Grande Prairie, Alberta

Joey's has always been one of my favorite. This time around we had fish tacos again. 🌮 wonderful choice and next day was unlimited fish and chips day. Flavour was excellent and customer service was amazing.

My wife and I went to joeys for what we thought would be a nice meal of fish and chips. Boy oh boy were we ever surprised. The waiter was pushy and definitely not friendly. We did order our meals of 2 pieces of fish n chips and a ... gravy. The meal arrived promptly but before my wife or I could speak and ask for cutlery and our gravy the waiter was gone. We both tried to get her attention many times. She finally realized that we had no cutlery went to the kitchen came back and told us they are out of cutlery I asked about the gravy she went and got that and I wore the gravy home on my shoes We finally both got dirty forks so we ate with our hands. Just went for a quick bite. Let the girl know quick lunch In a course. Sure no problem. Food took 38 more minutes, didn't come with the upgraded fries. Said I didn't want em, 4 minutes later upgraded fries came out leaving me 3 minutes to eat them. Ordered 2 ... pieces cod, got haddock. I cooked fish and chips for 2 years when younger. Tuesday special All you can eat comes with your choice of fish and chips. Had the Joey's famous fish and it was tasty. Waitress was friendly and offered quick service.
