Can’t seem to make a farmers wrap properly one day I get roast beef in it when it was supposed to be sausage the next day they can’t remember to put a hash brown in it

Can't seem to make an Ice Cap right, never seems to have the normal amount of cream (its always very dark), & when I ask for extra cream they put way too much and the drink is basically white & just tastes like cream. Very good coffee, since I arrived in Canada I only buy there

If I could put negative stars I would. Went here ordered, stood waiting for food for over 15 min, wrong order shows up(2 grilled cheese instead of 2 wraps, they did give me the grilled cheese but I think its cause they were too lazy to take them out of ... the bag, I didn't want them and told them so, so they hit the garbage sadly), wait 5 more min while waiting was told my order would be free next day for 20 min delay. Go back the next day and was told only a coffee is free not my order(I'm not after free stuff I only ask for this because she offered this the day before) I questioned her and got belittled publicly, rudely. She did not follow through on what she offered. If your service is terrible and you try to make up for it at least try and follow through not dis respect customers ppublicly. Go back next day was denied service. I would avoid this place, the people at the tills are miserable and can not get a order right, when they do it takes 10 to 15 min to get it. I was there 3 weeks ago, the Service was fair but the outside was just littered everywhere. I get sometimes things get busy but a mess like that had to be accumulated over couple days, sad site to see.
