Used to go for lunch fairly regular but hadn't been in a while so we thought we'd check it out. Not the same at all. Coffee tasted like the grounds were on the second brew and we can't say what the food was like because 30 minutes after ordering ... we finally gave up and walked out. I really like this restaurant, it's more for a date night atmosphere, as they have high leans on their benches, creating a more private place to spend one on one time. Came for lunch and order the large soup with picola bread and got a cup soap and a hamburger bun with garlic seasoning. Revoke this franchise as the staff do not care when I pointed it out.

If I could I would give a 0 star rating my boyfriend and I ordered from here through skip the dishes. When our foor arrived and we started eating we found hair in the bacon and waffles. I am absolutely disgusted and when contacting the location they said they couldn't ... do anything about it. Then after asking if it would happen again they became very rude.
