I got a delivery and they messed up the topppings on their special pizza “the tropical” the guy had the audacity to say no the online menu is incorrect and that I must have ordered from Gatineau. I just spent 50 bucks on food. He said the best he can ... do is give me a 5 dollars off of my next order (my tip for the delivery girl was 5 dollars). Just called to order two extra large pizzas and Fries in the whole kick bang drinks maybe spending all good $55 and was told they're not going to make any orders half an hour before they close not very good service

They've been consistently forgetting the garlic crust. Last three orders I paid a dollar for it and got nothing. Didn't say anything because it's just a buck, but consistent service failures don't reflect well on the business. Tonight, I had the Deluxe pizza. It tasted delicious. The service is always great. Plus, it doesn’t take long to receive the pizzas when it was delivered to us.

The pizza is excellent, the quality is great, the service was okay. A little disappointed with one thing... it was my mother's birthday and we saw an advertisement for 2 pizzas for 25.00 + tax for pickup. I phoned them and ordered 2 large pizzas. I ... was told that it would be about 30 minutes. So I packed the kids and we went to pick them up... Once I got there they brought me the pizzas and told me the price. I mentioned that I thought their prices were reasonable. I probably shouldn't have and instead just simply paid because when I mentioned that, the gentleman I was dealing with said "Oh I need the advertisement in order to give you this price." I explained that I wasn't aware, I wasn't told and it did not mention it on the ad. The man said "I need the ad, otherwise I have to charge you full price " Since I did not bring the ad, I ended up paying full price. The pizzas were good, but I'm a little put off by the service. I recommend coming here for the pizzas, but know to ALWAYS bring the advertisement with you. Read more
