Marina Pizza - Gatineau, Quebec

Pizza was an hour late sometimes they over cook it. Communication is real hard and they claim that Marina Pizza is also Papa pizza. For pizza taste i say its 50/50.

Major Skip! My client service with these guys was the worst I have ever experienced! I ordered online, set up a delivery time for 6pm and received a confirmation email for it at 4:17 pm. I got home from work around 5:50 and notice a package outside in the rain. I ... left it there because I didn't know what it was and got inside. 6:15 comes and I don't see my delivery so I call to follow up. Come to find out, they said it had alreay been delivered and the package that was outside in the rain was the food I ordered! 😡 They told me they sent it out as soon as they got the order! (Delivery time if 6pm was on the confirmation page, confirmation email and the invoice from the package outsie) On top of that the potatoes were under cooked, rice was over cooked... When I finally got to talk to the manager the next day, his excuse was that "someone" who was around my door accepted the the food and that was mission accomplished for them. I live alone, so I don't know who it is they are referring too. They left the food with a random stranger and called it a day. They didn't call me when there was no answer from my door to ask what they should do, they just left it to "someone" that was outside. Had I not paid in advance, they would have hunted me down like I was on the most wanted list, but since I had already paid, left it outside with some random stranger. Anything could have happened to the food! I'm not expecting them to ask for ID when delivering, but at least give it to someone that comes from inside the address and call when there's no answer! In a place that is like the shawarma capital of the world and there's pizza everywhere, you can't afford to mess up because there are other establishements that are so much better.
