Not open till posted times Says open till 8pm but it never is

I've been 2 weekends in a row, and they are not open at posted hours. Last Sunday they opened 19 minutes late and today I gave up after 20.

Never had any problems here. Always clean and nice staff.

Not sure if the guy is the owner or not but he is not in the right career, customer service is not his cup of tea, we got attitude because we we're paying cash, I've never ever seen this in my life loll the guy was insulted and ... pissed off at my husband for not understanding what he was saying. Worse customer service experience I have ever had. Discrimination. My husband and I were rudely refused service when I politely asked for an English menu. Asked in French. The male staff at the counter told me no we are in Quebec go to Ottawa when I asked for an English ... menu...which I know they have used a few days ago. The staff then proceeded to spout profanities and belittle us and told us to go to Ottawa if we wanted to get English service and menu. I came in being in a great mood super polite when I asked and to be treated this way shook me.
