Terrible service. Appetizers came last, salads never came. Waiter did not provide plates or service for drinks. I had to walk to the back of the kitchen just for a glass of water after I asked 4 times. Our server is a young man who seems to always work there. He does ... not know how to be a waiter and should look for a different line of work. He was rude when putting the plates down on our tables. Never coming here again. We were a group of 10 and came for lunch to Casa at Alymer yesterday around 1pm. The service was awful and the waitress did not care about serving us at all. She did not even bring bread and butter and I went to the kitchen to ask them for ... it. Then she said: "oh, I did not know you may want that". She also did not bring any soup or coffee for us even though it was always included in the lunch menu from 11am to 3pm. My mom even asked her for soup and she said there is no soup. She did not even come to refill the water for us even though we asked her two times. This was the most strange experience I had with CasaGreque. It was my convocation ceremony yesterday and since I always loved the taste of food at your restaurant, I wanted to celebrate this day with my family and friends at your restaurant. We got take out and the food was horrible. Small portions ....gettho packaging. The pita bread was hard like rock .Very bad.....very disappointed

The food was very good but Pork Souvlaki was pretty dry for me and another person in the group. Chicken one was fine. Lasagna was good as well apparently. As well as the butterfly shrimp dish. The steak at this place is out of this world! Cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. And let me tell you, the service is top-notch too. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making sure you have an amazing dining experience. The owner is super friendly, came over ... multiple times to ask how everything was going.
