What a wonderful experience! Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Great restaurant. Stayed on Friday night for our anniversary and we were greated very warmly. Stopped at the bar after dinner. Stayed here for one night for our anniversary and really enjoyed it! Unique and beautiful site, friendly staff and great amenities. If I could, I would actually rate it 4.5 stars because their thermal experience isn't complete. My husband and I came here for 2 nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we loved every minute. From the service and food at the restaurants, the amazing massages at the spa, a beautiful view of the falls, a quick walk to the village, clean and comfy ... room and the perfectly sized pool and hot tub. We stayed in the newer rooms and loved it and was a quick walk from the main building. We have been here 3 times now and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic night (or 2) away.
